Unique conference facilities

Ruunaa Outdoor Centre offers great facilities to hold a meeting, a conference or recreational activities for different size groups. In addition to the restaurant’s dining hall (up to 80 seatings), waiting service is available to the fireplace cabin that seats 15–20 people next to the shoreside sauna. Enjoy a refreshing swim after sauna or admire Ämmäkoski rapid’s view from the terrace!

Waiting service is also available in the kota hut where  you can organize an event for 30–40 people or just have a little get-together and fry some pancakes and sausages over the open fire.

The guests are allowed to use the fireplaces and smokers in the area and there’s a playing area for the children.

Ruunaa is an amazing place for outdoor meetings too. One easy path we can recommend for walking meetings and casual walks is Närelenkki. It’s about 2,5 kms long and takes you to the area that is in between of Neitikoski rapid and Miikkulanlampi pond. The start point is at Kirppuvirta parking lot. 

Adventures and experiences

Ruunaa area offers great possibilities for team building activities! Groups and enterprises can partake in snowmobile and snowshoe adventures, guided nature tours, fishing trips and other excursions with full service.  Add a refreshing activity to a meeting, and we’ll take care of the organizing in accordance with your needs and desires.
