A peerles Fishing experience

Stay for a night in an ambient logger hut and get your fishing gear ready.

Magnificent Lieksan joki river offers your group 800 metres private fishing area where the chance to get a catch is great! Fishing is possible from the shore or boat. Rowing boats are included in the price. Natural fish species are grayling, brown trout, zander, perch and pike. Rainbow trout and brown trout are transplanted regularly.

Fishing with flies, wobblers and lures only – use of worms or other baits that includes anything organic are forbidden!

Kattilakoski accommodates 12 people in the main logger hut and 2 persons in smaller cabin. Area is rented entirely for groups only. For the Kattilakoski area does not exist individual licenses. Fisheries management fee is necessary for the persons 18-64 years.

Equipment

Old logger hut: 4 bunk beds (4 + 4 person), oven and fridge (works with a gas), solar cell lighting, table-ware and cooking utensils for 16 people. Two small bedrooms with bunkbeds (1+1 person).

Smaller cabin on the area consists two rooms with beds.

Sauna which offers relaxing heat for 10 people, dressing room.

Other facilities: barbeque hut, eko-toilets, firewoods, blazing boards, smoker, rowing boats, motorboat for transition.

Bed linen must be used! If customers will not rent linen from Ruunaa Outdoor Centre they are obliged to use their own bed linen or sleeping bags.

Remember! Using motorboat for fishing is prohibited

Cleaning 150 € (has to be ordered in advance).
